Physio Matters · Paid media, analytics & SEO

Fixing the measurement layer before asking the campaigns to work harder.

Physio Matters is a specialist physiotherapy clinic in Royton. Kydos reviewed paid-media performance, conversion tracking, analytics and search visibility so campaign decisions could be based on genuine enquiries rather than misleading platform activity.

The problem

Campaign activity and conversion reporting were not telling the same story.

A Meta tracking failure had recorded no real conversions across a six-month period despite spend, while broader reporting mixed raw platform actions with the smaller number of genuine form submissions.

Kydos role

Audit, measurement rebuild and acquisition prioritisation.

We reviewed Meta and Google Ads, rebuilt GA4 tracking by source and medium, developed LinkedIn campaign direction and prioritised technical SEO fixes.

01 · Measurement

Separate activity from genuine conversion.

The first priority was reporting integrity. Before changing budgets or declaring a channel successful, the conversion setup needed to reflect actual enquiries.

Meta tracking

Diagnosed a conversion-tracking failure across the existing Meta setup and separated platform activity from genuine outcomes.

GA4 & GTM

Rebuilt measurement by source and medium so paid, organic and referral activity could be interpreted consistently.

Reporting integrity

Used the smaller set of verified form fills as the decision-making baseline instead of treating every recorded action as a lead.

02 · Acquisition

Prioritise the searches that resemble patient need.

The SEO and paid-search work moved away from generic B2B language towards condition-led demand, including stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's-related searches.

Google Ads

Target CPA and keyword cleanup were used to improve campaign focus while the measurement layer was being corrected.

Technical SEO

A Screaming Frog audit logged 27 issues and prioritised them from P1 to P5 so the highest-impact technical work could be addressed first.

What this project shows

Optimisation starts with trustworthy measurement. A lower cost per result is not useful if the result being counted is not the business outcome you think it is.
